Every Star Trek Secret Lair drop and card list
Wizards lists five drops in its announcement, each sold separately in non-foil and foil. Card names in quotes are the Star Trek names printed on the Secret Lair versions, with the real Magic card in brackets, as Wizards lists them.
New Worlds is ten Star Trek basic lands, two of each type
New Worlds contains 2 Plains, 2 Island, 2 Swamp, 2 Mountain and 2 Forest. ICv2 describes them as full-art basics. MTG Rocks says the secondary market value of the lands is hard to pin down, so this drop has no reprint number to compare against its $29.99 price.
Beam Me Up is four flicker cards and the weakest drop on paper
"Beam Us Up" (Eerie Interlude), reversible
Momentary Blink, reversible
"Materialize" (Essence Flux), reversible
"The Transporter" (Conjurer's Closet), reversible
Every card in Beam Me Up exiles a creature you control and returns it to the battlefield, which is the transporter joke made into rules text. Momentary Blink also has flashback, and Conjurer's Closet does it at the beginning of every one of your end steps. MTG Rocks prices the four reprints at a hair under $11 against a $29.99 price and calls it the weakest drop financially. The cheapest non-foil printings on Scryfall add to $10.19 as of November 8, 2026, with Eerie Interlude at $6.51 doing most of the work.
tlhIngan maH prints five red spells in Klingon, and War's Toll carries the value
Demand Answers, reversible
Relentless Assault, reversible
Seething Song, reversible
War's Toll, reversible
Warstorm Surge, reversible
All five cards are reversible, with Klingon on one side and the English translation on the other, according to Gaming Trend. War's Toll is the card that matters: it taps all of an opponent's lands whenever that player taps a land for mana, and it was $10.63 for the cheapest non-foil copy on Scryfall on November 8, 2026. MTG Rocks totals the drop at around $23, but that figure includes Seething Song at a little over $8, and its cheapest non-foil printing was $0.36 on November 8, 2026. On the cheapest printings the five cards add to $14.25.
KHAAAAAAAAN is six Wrath of Khan cards worth about $10 in reprints
"Best Served Cold" (Wrath of the Skies)
"Reliant's Betrayal" (Illusionist's Gambit)
KHAAAAAAAAN is based on Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan, per Gaming Trend, and Wizards does not list these six as reversible. Commandeer steals a noncreature spell and can be cast by exiling two blue cards, Buried Alive puts up to three creatures from your library into your graveyard, and Wrath of the Skies destroys every artifact, creature and enchantment up to the energy you pay. MTG Rocks totals the drop at around $9.30. The cheapest non-foil printings came to $9.91 on Scryfall on November 8, 2026.
Lower Decks turns five legends into the Cerritos crew, and Thrasios makes it the value pick
"Mariner, Breaching Protocol" (Inti, Seneschal of the Sun)
"Boimler, Citing Protocol" (Kambal, Profiteering Mayor)
"Rutherford, Rebuilding the Past" (Silas Renn, Seeker Adept)
"Tendi, Exploring the Future" (Thrasios, Triton Hero)
"S.S. Cerritos, California-Class" (Weatherlight)
Lower Decks puts the Star Trek: Lower Decks cast on Commander legends. Thrasios, Triton Hero and Silas Renn, Seeker Adept both have partner, Kambal, Profiteering Mayor drains each opponent whenever your tokens enter, and Weatherlight becomes the ship. MTG Rocks puts the drop at around $28 and notes it is the first Secret Lair printing of Thrasios. The cheapest non-foil printings added to $26.12 on Scryfall on November 8, 2026, with Thrasios alone at $15.76. Gaming Trend calls the ship U.S.S. Cerritos, while Wizards' list prints S.S. Cerritos, California-Class.
How much are the Superdrop reprints worth?
MTG Rocks headlined the Superdrop at $73 worth of reprints on October 27, 2026. Its per-drop figures add to about $71, and the $1.55 it gives for the promo card brings that to $73. Our check of the cheapest non-foil printing of every card on Scryfall on November 8, 2026 comes to $60.47 across the four priced drops, lower mainly because of the Seething Song gap. Both numbers describe the existing printings, not what the Secret Lair versions will sell for.

Which Set Phasers to Superdrop drop is the best buy?
Lower Decks is the best buy because Thrasios alone covers about half the non-foil price
Thrasios was $15.76 on November 8, 2026, about 53% of the $29.99 non-foil price, and the five cards together came to $26.12. It is also the only drop with five legendary cards that can lead a deck, and two of them partner. MTG Rocks calls it actually solid and says it very nearly breaks even.
tlhIngan maH is the second pick if War's Toll is the card you want
If you play red and want a copy of War's Toll, tlhIngan maH is the next best value at $14.25 on the cheapest printings, plus the Klingon reversible treatment. The rest of the drop is cards under $3.
Beam Me Up and KHAAAAAAAAN are art purchases, not value purchases
Both drops hold about $10 of reprints against $29.99, on MTG Rocks' numbers and on the November 8, 2026 check. Buy them for the Star Trek treatment or because the cards fill a slot in a flicker or graveyard deck, not to flip.
New Worlds is for players who want Star Trek basics in every deck
Ten basic lands have no reprint value to measure. If the art is the point, New Worlds is the cheapest way to put the theme in every Commander deck you own.
How does the Transporter Boondoggle promo work?
Five foil drops cost $199.95, four cents short of the promo
Wizards' terms give one foil Return of the Wildspeaker as "Transporter Boondoggle" for every $199.99 spent, while supplies last. All five non-foil drops come to $149.95 and all five foil drops come to $199.95, so neither full set reaches the threshold on its own. Five foils plus one non-foil drop is $229.94 and earns one promo. Wizards does not say whether tax or shipping counts toward the total. MTG Rocks describes the threshold as a single order of $200 or more and Gaming Trend writes $199, so the Wizards wording is the one to plan around.
The promo is an instant that either draws cards equal to the greatest power among your non-Human creatures or gives them +3/+3. The cheapest non-foil printing was $1.67 on Scryfall on November 8, 2026, so it is a bonus, not a reason to spend more. The unrevealed sixth drop may change the math once Wizards shows it.
How to buy the Star Trek Secret Lair on November 9
The pre-queue opens at 8 a.m. PT on November 9, 2026, one hour before the sale. You join it by adding any product to your cart and going to checkout, and everyone in the pre-queue gets a random spot in line when the sale starts at 9 a.m. PT, according to Wizards. Anyone who reaches checkout after 9 a.m. PT is queued in order. A cart does not reserve anything, and products are only yours once checkout is complete.
How the Superdrop lines up with the Star Trek set
The Superdrop lands in the same week as the main Magic: The Gathering | Star Trek release. Prerelease events run November 6 to 12, 2026 and the set releases November 13, 2026, per Wizards Play Network. The four Star Trek Commander decks, their commanders and their decklists are in our Star Trek Commander decks guide.
Bottom line
Lower Decks is the drop to buy on value, at $26.12 of reprints on November 8, 2026 against a $29.99 non-foil price, with Thrasios alone covering about half that price. tlhIngan maH is the runner-up for War's Toll. Beam Me Up and KHAAAAAAAAN are worth buying for the art and the theme, and New Worlds is basics. If you want the Transporter Boondoggle promo, five foils fall four cents short of $199.99.
