Wizards teased the Superdrop on September 29 on the official Secret Lair accounts on X and Bluesky, and Labyrinth is named in the teaser's licensing credits alongside KPop Demon Hunters and Marvel. No cards, art, or price have been revealed.

Secret Lairs are limited-edition reprints of existing cards with new art, not new mechanics.

When does the Labyrinth Secret Lair come out?

How much will the Labyrinth Secret Lair cost?
Not announced. Every 2026 Superdrop so far has priced standard drops at $29.99 non-foil and $39.99 foil, so expect something close unless Wizards makes Labyrinth a premium headliner. Price history for every drop this year is in our Secret Lair 2026 schedule and prices guide.
The Corn Maze teaser hides small references to each property. The two Labyrinth ones, per Star City Games:
A clock with 13 hours. In the film, Sarah has 13 hours to solve the labyrinth and rescue her baby brother Toby before he becomes a goblin forever.
A hand holding crystal balls. Jareth's signature trick, and the most likely piece of art to make it onto a card.
Which Labyrinth characters could get cards?
This is speculation, based on the film's cast of characters (full cast on Wikipedia). A five-card drop usually means the headliners plus a couple of fan favorites:
Jareth, the Goblin King. The near-certain face of the drop. The question is which card he reskins.
Sarah. The hero, and a natural fit for a card about solving puzzles or bending time.
Hoggle, Ludo and Sir Didymus. Sarah's three companions. Ludo summoning rocks and Sir Didymus riding his dog Ambrosius both read like card art already.
The goblin army. Jareth rules goblins, and goblins are one of Magic's oldest creature types. A goblin token or goblin lord reskin is easy to picture.
The Bog of Eternal Stench, the Fireys, the Worm. Deep cuts that could turn up as lands or flavor cards.
None of that is from Wizards. Treat it as an educated guess.
Goblins: why this drop matters for Commander
If Jareth arrives as a goblin commander or a goblin lord, the demand lands on goblin decks. We've watched that happen once already this year: the Goblin Storm Secret Lair deck sold out in 34 minutes in May and pulled Goblin Lackey and Goblin Recruiter up with it, which we covered in our May 17 to 23 issue.

Tier 1: the named reskin
Goblin King is the card with the character's actual title on it. It's the most obvious host for a Jareth reskin, which is exactly why we're not buying it: a reskin is a reprint, and a reprint adds supply. Watch it, don't chase it. Check current price.
Tier 2: the goblin commanders new players land on
Krenko, Mob Boss is the best-known goblin commander in the format. It's been reprinted many times, so a demand bump would be modest, but new goblin players start here. Check current price.
Muxus, Goblin Grandee is the big-mana goblin commander, and the one a Goblin King deck most resembles on flavor: a ruler who shows up and brings the whole army. Check current price.
Tier 3: the flavor play
Crystal Ball is a cheap artifact with Jareth's prop in its name. Weakest thesis on the list and cheapest entry: it only matters if Wizards leans into the crystal balls from the teaser. Check current price.
What we're not doing
We're not buying deep before the reveal. If Jareth reskins an expensive card, that card can drop, not spike. The reliable moves come after the list is out: cheap hosts where reveal demand swamps a small price, and cards that pair with a new commander.
So the play is watch, not buy. Set alerts, know your targets, and be ready the day the card list drops.
