Three licensed drops are confirmed by name. How many drops each property gets, and what cards they reprint, is still unknown.
KPop Demon Hunters
This is the one people have been waiting on since Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks confirmed a 2026 Secret Lair on the company's Q3 2025 earnings call. October 12 puts it in the last stretch of the year, as promised. The teaser includes a magpie in a hat, which Star City Games and MTG Rocks both read as a nod to the movie.

Labyrinth
Jim Henson's 1986 fantasy film, with David Bowie as Jareth the Goblin King, gets its first Magic treatment. The teaser has two nods to it: a clock showing 13 hours, the deadline Sarah has to solve the labyrinth, and a hand holding crystal balls, Jareth's signature trick.
Labyrinth is an odd, lovely fit for a Halloween-season drop. Goblins are one of Magic's oldest creature types, so a Goblin King reskin could land in a lot of decks. That's our guess, not a leak. Our Labyrinth Secret Lair guide covers the characters we expect and the goblin cards we're watching.
Marvel
Marvel is the least surprising name on the list. The August 31 Perfectly Normal Superdrop already carried four Marvel drops, on top of this year's Marvel sets. MTG Rocks expects Wolverine and Marvel Zombies content this time. Wizards hasn't confirmed either, so treat that as a forecast.
The announcement images are a corn maze packed with hidden details. The ones reporters have spotted so far:
A cow being abducted by a UFO. No property claims this one yet. It may just be the corn maze theme doing its job.
A magpie in a hat: KPop Demon Hunters.
A 13-hour clock: Labyrinth.
A hand holding crystal balls: Jareth, the Goblin King.

October 12, 2026. Recent Secret Lair launches have gone live at 9 a.m. PT (noon ET), with a virtual queue opening an hour earlier. Wizards hasn't posted the time for this one yet, so check the store page the week of the drop.
How much will the Corn Maze Superdrop cost?
Wizards hasn't announced prices. For reference, every 2026 Superdrop so far has priced standard drops at $29.99 non-foil and $39.99 foil, with a headliner occasionally running higher. Should you budget for it?
Our take: set a number now, before the art comes out and makes the decision for you. Three licensed properties in one Superdrop is a lot of money if you're a fan of all three, and it lands four weeks after Masters of the Universe.
You're not alone if that pace feels relentless. In the MTG Rocks comments, one player put it plainly: "Wizards is simply releasing too many drops to realistically afford." Others said they hope these are straight reprints so they stay optional.
Here's how we'd decide, drop by drop:
Buy it if the reprints are cards you'd play anyway. Add up the singles. If they clear the price, the art is a bonus.
Buy it if you love the art. That's a fine reason. Just don't call it an investment.
Skip the pre-reveal singles buying. A Secret Lair reskin adds supply of the host card. Expensive hosts can drop, not spike. The pattern from Miku is cheap hosts and pairing cards, and you can't know either until the list is out.
